We meet every Monday during term-time, in the Church Community Room from 6pm till 7pm for fun aerobic exercising, toning, stretching and generally improving our fitness. Ladies of all ages, shapes and fitness levels are welcomed, you are however advised to check with your doctor first if you have any health concerns. No special clothing is required but wearing flat shoes or trainers will help cushion your joints and avoid injuries whilst exercising.
We aim to have fun as we exercise to music with a variety of standing, chair and floor exercises (mats provided). Options are given to suit all fitness levels – from those who want a really energetic work-out to those who prefer to take things a little more gently. You will soon feel the benefits of being more active as you stretch and tone your muscles, increase you heart rate and get your circulation moving.
If you are interested in improving your fitness, why not come along and give it a go and at only £2.00 you have little to lose but potentially a lot to gain. Don’t worry if you miss the 1st class back as you will be welcomed at any time. You can bring a friend or just come along during term-time and make new friends at the class whilst you exercise.
